Hydraulic control systems allow, in autonomous mode of operation, including without power supply, to control the operating mode of the well and open/close wellhead hydraulically controlled valves and underground shut-off valve.
In normal mode, the system, based on operator commands from a remote or local control panel, controls the operation of the well. In the event of an emergency (excess of the permissible maximum/minimum pressure of the flowing medium, fire), the system automatically performs an emergency shutdown of the well.
A special feature of hydraulic well control systems produced by Korvet JSC is the use of in-house manufactured components. This project was carried out as part of the import substitution of hydraulic components. In order to implement this project, special high-precision machining centers were purchased and an assembly area for hydraulic systems was organized.
