Korvet JSC is actively working within the framework of the import substitution program to develop and manufacture wellhead equipment, including those intended for gas production facilities at the Astrakhan gas condensate field with a high content of hydrogen sulfide (25%) and carbon dioxide (25%).
Korvet JSC developed and carried out pilot tests and began mass production of the AF6D-100/80x70 fountain valve in the K3 corrosion-resistant design to replace the imported analogue.
To implement import substitution, equipment was modernized. A special turning machining center for processing valve bodies, a machining center for machining column and pipe head casings, and a surfacing center for cladding body parts with Inconel 625 were purchased.
