В рамках программы по импортозамещению, принятой на АК «Корвет», освоены и выпускаются серийно моноблочные колонные головки сквозного бурения с полнопроходным внутренним диаметром корпуса колонной головки и корпуса трубной головки, что позволяет с одной установки противовыбросового оборудования выполнить все технологические операции в процессе строительства скважины, а именно: бурение ствола скважины, спуск и цементаж всех обсадных колонн, заканчивание скважины (спуск НКТ).
As part of the import substitution program carried out at the Korvet JSC, monoblock through-drilling casing heads with a full-bore internal diameter of the casing head housing and tubing head spool have been mastered and mass-produced, which makes it possible to perform all technological operations during well construction with just one installation of blowout prevention equipment, namely: drilling the wellbore, running and cementing all casing strings, completing the well (running tubing strings).
This design makes it possible to significantly reduce the construction time of a well and increases safety during the construction process.
Since 2013, more than 70 sets of wellhead monoblock equipment 6А3G.СНМ.350х70.02 and Christmas tree fittings produced by Korvet JSC have been manufactured and supplied at section 1A of the Urengoy field of Achimgaz JSC in Novy Urengoy.
