Operating modes:
- In emergency situations (emergency low or high pressure, fire) - automatically shuts the well in the sequence: manifold valve / flow wing valve / lower master valve / subsurface safety valve, including in the absence of power supply;
- Local/remote well shut-in in the sequence: manifold valve/flow wing valve/lower master valve/subsurface safety valve, incl. in the absence of power supply;
- Local/remote flare valve operation;
- Local/remote choke operation;
- Local opening/closing of any hydraulically operated element.
Basic advantages:
- autonomous work without power supply for up to 1 week, including at temperatures down to -60 C°;
- automatic maintenance of pressure in hydraulic lines;
- triple pumping unit: electric pump/ air-hydraulic pump/ hand pump;
- no welded joints or hydraulic connections.
