Basic advantages:

shut-off elements (gates and seats) are made from stainless steels with hardening (chemical-thermal treatment, surfacing with corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant alloys)
gate valve has test and drain valves for lubricant injection with armatol (visual control of the completeness of filling) or condensate draining
fusible ring in the valve running assembly for automatic back seating in case of fire, which guarantees the tightness of the connections in the event of burnout of the spindle seal (special metal-to-metal seal between the end of the cover and the spindle neck)
ensuring complete leakproofness of the shutting-off device due to constant tightening of the seats
gate position indicator “open - closed”
full bore adjustment mechanism
equipped with a built-in mechanical gearbox, with the ability to switch the gear ratio 4:1 or 1:1
optional equipment with electric actuators, hydraulic actuators and control stations
steam leakage elimination by pressing with sealing paste
backup soft seal and gate-to-seat sealing are avaliable
completed with hand grease gun and pressure relief device
